RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY

Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled only before they are shipped.
  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
  • Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus the cost of shipping and handling.

Returns

  • You have thirty (30) days from the date you receive the item to request a return.
  • No returns will be accepted without prior approval. To request a return authorization, contact us at info@ramotrading.com before sending any items back.
  • To be eligible for a return, items must be:
    • Unused and in their original condition.
    • In the original packaging with all included accessories.
    • Accompanied by the reason for return inside the package.
  • Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
  • Non-Returnable Items:
    • Sale items, special orders, and custom-made products.
    • Digital/downloadable software products.
    • Gift cards.
    • Opened or used consumables and perishable items.
  • Lost or Damaged Returns: We do not guarantee receipt of returned items. If the item is lost or damaged in transit, we are not liable for any costs or refunds.

Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within thirty (30) days of receiving your item.
  • No exchanges will be accepted without prior approval. Please contact us before sending any items for exchange.
  • Items must meet the same eligibility criteria as returns (unused, original packaging, all accessories included).
  • Exchanges are only for the same item model (i.e., size or color variations may be swapped if available).
  • Customers are responsible for all shipping costs related to exchanges.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you within 3 to 5 business days regarding the refund status.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original method of payment, excluding any initial shipping costs.
  • Refund Denials: We reserve the right to deny refunds or exchanges without prior return approval or if the returned item does not meet our eligibility criteria.

Pricing Errors

  • Ramo Trading reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect product listings.
  • If an order is canceled for this reason, the customer will receive a full refund.
