This Return & Exchange Policy explains how returns, exchanges, cancellations, and refunds work when you purchase from our store. This Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to all orders placed through our Services. Some items are intended for professional/commercial use and may be subject to manufacturer restrictions, hygiene rules, and safety regulations, which can limit return eligibility.
Nothing in this Policy limits any rights that cannot be waived under applicable UAE law.
Returns sent without an approved RMA may be rejected or returned back to the customer.

You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return authorization (RMA). Once approved, returned items must be shipped back within the timeframe provided in the RMA instructions.

If we made an error (wrong item shipped / confirmed defect on arrival), we may provide a replacement or alternative resolution, depending on the case.
The following items are final sale and non-returnable:

B) Wrong Item / Missing Parts. If you received the wrong item or missing components:
C) Manufacturer Defects (Warranty). Some products are covered by manufacturer warranty. Where applicable, defects may require warranty handling directly with the manufacturer or through the authorized service pathway.
Exchanges are allowed only for:

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and notify you of approval or rejection within 3–5 business days.

Returned items remain the customer’s responsibility until received by us. We do not guarantee receipt of returned items. If the item is lost or damaged during return shipping:
We reserve the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical issues, incorrect product descriptions, or listing mistakes. If an order is canceled for these reasons, you will receive a full refund of the amount actually paid.
