Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Certain products may be made-to-order or supplied directly from manufacturers; these items may require longer lead times.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders or supplier delays, shipments may be delayed. In such cases, we will notify you by email.
Ramo Trading is not liable for delays caused by suppliers, customs, carriers, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.
Orders containing both in-stock and backordered items will be shipped separately at no extra cost.
Delivery delays may occur due to carrier backlogs, weather, customs clearance, or supply chain disruptions.
Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout based on order weight, dimensions, and destination.

USPS
UPS
FedEx
DHL
Once shipped, customers receive a tracking number by email (note: USPS First Class Mail may not always include tracking).
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.
Ramo Trading is not responsible for additional charges imposed by customs or for delays caused by customs clearance.
Ramo Trading is not liable for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once accepted by the carrier.
Customers must inspect deliveries upon arrival and report any damage or shortages within 48 hours.
If a shipment is confirmed lost by the carrier, we will assist with filing a claim and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Ramo Trading is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages caused by shipping delays or carrier errors.
Customer-initiated: Orders may be canceled before shipment by emailing info@ramotrading.com with the order number. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Please refer to our Return/Refund Policy for post-shipment options.
Ramo Trading–initiated: We reserve the right to cancel any order at any time, in whole or in part, for reasons including (but not limited to):
Suspected fraud or unauthorized transactions,
Product unavailability or discontinuation,
Pricing or listing errors,
Failure to obtain payment authorization,
Situations where fulfillment is impractical or impossible.
If we cancel an order, customers will be notified and issued a full refund to the original payment method.
Backorders: If a backordered item becomes unavailable, we will notify you with the option to wait, substitute, or receive a full refund for the unavailable item.
