Shipping Processing Time
All orders are processed within 5 business days within the United States. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur.
Certain items are manufactured to order and therefore shipment and delivery may take longer than originally estimated.
Please note we use our best efforts to ship and deliver orders as timely as possible.
Orders including items on backorder will be shipped separately at no extra cost. The items currently available will be shipped first. Once the items on backorder become available, the remainder of your order will be fulfilled.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. The charges are based on the weight of the items and the shipping location.

Once a tracking number is provided by the shipping carrier, your order will be updated with the current tracking information.
Please note that certain orders with 1st Class Mail via USPS do not receive tracking numbers.
International Orders
Your items may be subject to import duties and taxes. You, as the customer are responsible for paying those fees. We recommend you check your local customs office before placing an order on our website as these fees can sometimes be significant and we are unable to calculate these for you.
