Shopify may process certain information on our behalf as a service provider/processor and may use cookies and similar technologies in connection with merchant storefronts.

We may also use additional service providers (for example, payment processors, shipping carriers, email/communications tools, analytics providers, fraud prevention services, and Shopify apps) to operate the Services.

We and our partners may use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, enable checkout/cart functions, analyze traffic, and (where enabled) measure advertising.

You can control cookies via your browser settings. Some features may not function properly if cookies are disabled.

Do Not Track: Some browsers transmit “Do Not Track” signals. Because there is no consistent industry standard for interpreting these signals, we do not respond to them uniformly at this time. (We provide other choices described in this Policy.)

Section 06

We may disclose personal information to:

  • Shopify and Shopify-related services necessary to host and operate the storefront

We do not disclose personal information except as described here or with your direction/consent.

Section 07

“Sale” / “Share” of Personal Information (California)

California law may define “sell” or “share” broadly to include certain disclosures for targeted advertising or measurement.

  • If we engage in these activities as defined by California law, we will provide a method to opt out (for example, a “Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information” link and/or cookie preference controls where available).
  • We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.
Section 08

Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to: fulfill orders and provide customer support; maintain business records (tax/accounting); enforce agreements and resolve disputes; comply with legal obligations; and prevent fraud and misuse. Retention periods vary depending on the type of information and legal requirements.

Section 10

International Data Transfers

If you access the Services outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States and other jurisdictions where we or our service providers operate. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers (for example, contractual protections). Regardless of where your information is processed, we apply the same protections described in this Policy.

Section 11

Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights including access, correction, deletion (subject to exceptions), objection/restriction to certain processing, opt out of marketing communications, and for California residents: additional rights to know, delete, correct, opt out of sale/share, and limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.

Section 12

Children’s Privacy

The Services are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided us personal information, contact us to request deletion.
