Ramo Trading Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Ramo Trading. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please review our return, refund, and exchange policy carefully.


1. Cancellations

  • Orders cannot be canceled once shipped.

  • Undeliverable or refused shipments will be subject to a 25% restocking fee plus shipping and handling costs.


2. Pricing Errors

  • Ramo Trading reserves the right to cancel any order due to pricing errors, technical glitches, or incorrect product listings.

  • If an order is canceled for this reason, the customer will receive a full refund.


3. Returns

  • You may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt.

  • To qualify:

    • Item must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition received.

    • A reason for the return must be included inside the return package.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Ramo Trading is not liable for lost return shipments. Refunds will not be issued if the return is not received.

  • Non-returnable items: sale items, special/custom orders, custom-made items, downloadable software, and gift cards.

4. Exchanges

  • You may request an exchange within 30 days of receipt.

  • Items must be in their original condition and packaging.

  • Exchanges are limited to the same item (equal replacement).

  • Customer is responsible for shipping costs for exchanged items.

Exchange Requests: Email info@ramotrading.com with your order number, reason for exchange, and contact details.


5. Refunds

  • Once your return is received, we will notify you of its status within 3–5 business days.

  • If approved, a refund will be processed to your original method of payment.

  • Initial shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Refunds or exchanges may be denied without prior return authorization.

  • ⚠️ Please note: Refunds may take 5–10 business days (or longer depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider) to appear on your account.

  • For international transactions, refund posting times may vary significantly due to foreign banking systems, currency exchange, and processing delays outside of our control.
