The JLT Series is specifically designed to deliver efficient and reliable performance for both jar testing and leaching tests. Available in 4- and 6-position models, these digital flocculators provide precision and flexibility in water treatment analysis.

Equipped with an intuitive digital interface, users can easily adjust stirring speeds and timer to set testing parameters precisely. With consistent speed and timing across all positions, repeatable conditions from sample to sample are ensured.

The illuminated back panel improves sample visibility during the flocculation process, making it easier to monitor results in real time. Additionally, thanks to the timer, the JLT series ensures consistency and repeatability during unattended operation, making it ideal for productivity-driven water treatment plants’ labs. 

User-Friendly Design and Durability

JLT flocculators are designed for user convenience and long-lasting durability.

The high-visibility LED displays allow speed and time to be easily set up and monitored. In addition, the stainless-steel stirring rods can be adjusted in height thanks to a self-blocking chuck that ensures secure and reliable operation.  

Powered by a robust brushless motor, JLT flocculators deliver precise and reproducible stirring speeds from 10 to 300 rpm, ensuring consistent performance. VELP’s SpeedServo™ torque compensation technology further enhances control by maintaining a constant speed, even when the viscosity of the sample changes.

Using corrosion-resistant materials ensures durability and stirring quality across all test positions, making the JLT series a reliable solution for any lab.
